hybajj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify the identity and age of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, utility bill, or bank statement. hybajj may delay or refuse withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false or misleading documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hybajj does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Third-party deposits will be returned to their source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your hybajj account in real time in the majority of cases. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. hybajj is not liable for delays caused by the processing times of third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile financial service operators.
All transactions on hybajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). hybajj does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the player.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hybajj are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Withdrawing real-money funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any bonus balance and associated winnings derived from that bonus.

Activities that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors or miscalculations in bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to circumvent promotion rules. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
hybajj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired promotion codes or offers will not be honoured after the stated end date.

hybajj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. hybajj will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. hybajj will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in operating the platform, such as payment processors and KYC verification services, under binding data processing agreements.
hybajj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via the email address or contact number on file. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hybajj operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through hybajj's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. hybajj's internal complaints process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
